"beyond expectations"
We were first recommended snout & about by our doggie day care as one of our dogs was reactive to other dogs. They fitted us in really quickly. The service from start to finish was amazing! So in depth. They met with our dog and got to know her and listened to us. Our programme was made super fast and it had so much information. We have a new baby and the plan even tailored towards incorporating that aspect. It was 100% the best thing we could have done to get to know our dog better and to understand what she is going through. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking to get to know their own dog more or to improve knowledge.

"brilliant training program"
I cannot recommend Catherine enough. She is amazing with dogs and also with people . My dogs love her. Evidence-based practice presented in “easy to understand” way. We got a brilliant training program in pdf, that includes all information we need. After months of looking for a good trainer / behaviourist working in Cork area we finally found Snout&About. Catherine gave as tools and a lot of support, and all of that with so “positive reinforcing attitude” Thank you Catherine!!

"i feel seen"
I only met Catherine in November but the difference in my dog in that short space of time has been amazing. The daily schedule provided by Snout and about has been a godsend and my dogs confidence is growing say by day. Also the time Catherine spends with us the dog owners made a huge difference as it gave me the confidence and tools to be able to understand and work with my dog. I cannot recommend them enough.

"our dog wouldn’t be here"
If it wasn’t for Snout & About, I’m honestly not sure if we’d still be with our dog. We’ve seen other behaviourists before but absolutely none of them was able to listen and advise the way Snout & About did. Both Catherine and Paul have this amazing ability to make you feel seen and understood and even though you mostly work on yourself, not your dog, you never for a second feel judged or criticised. Professional, up to date with all things science and incredibly thoughtful and respectful. Honestly no words will describe this better than our anxious and reactive dog asking Paul for kisses and snuggles! We’re extremely grateful for having you both lead us and help us build an amazing relationship with our doggo

"so much more than expected"
We were so lost and then so lucky to find these guys to guide us on the way to understanding and a happy and healthy life together. Suddenly but with work and patience we were having so much fun training and enjoying our walks just because we began understanding one another better. They always go beyond our expectations giving us great advice and assistance for both ends of the leash supported always with all kind of documentation, research and resources proving how much dedication and love they put in everything they do. We continue with them because we love learning, having fun and they help us becoming the best version of ourselves together.Thank to them we are now in a happy place where we never thought we were going to be.
