Jess is a highly certified groomer who focuses on implementing low stress and cooperative care training techniques into her practice.

Working as part of the Snout & About team, Jess focuses on building relationship with her clients and implementing desensitisation and counter conditioning training techniques based on consent to maximise the welfare and comfort of dogs who struggle with grooming.

Jess has a particular passion for education and understanding, imparting this knowledge to others in the grooming industry and to her clients.

“it’s important to me that dogs in my care feel safe and listened to. In my care, the dog is made to feel as comfortable as possible during all grooming and husbandry procedures”.

Jess has her own Salon in Blackpool and will be working as part of the Snout & About team to provide the ultimate care package in terms of physical and mental health needs for those who struggle with, or are new to, grooming and husbandry procedures.
