A 60-Minute Virtual Behaviour Guidance Session
Fee: €120
The Advisory Consultation is designed for guardians who want clear, professional guidance
rather than clinical behavioural investigation.
This session supports dog guardians who need clarity, reassurance, expert insight, and
direction, whether you’re facing early behavioural concerns, new rescue questions, puppy
challenges, changes in routine, or uncertainty about whether a training or behavioural
route is right.
This is not the same as the Behaviour Triage Clinic.
This session is the lightweight, accessible guidance option.
This service exists to help people get the right support first time, without overwhelm.

This consultation is ideal if you:
- want clear, expert advice without a full investigation
- feel unsure whether your dog needs training or behavioural support
- need help making sense of emerging behaviour
- want reassurance and direction from a clinical-aligned professional
- have a puppy, adolescent or new rescue needing structured advice

What This Service Does NOT Include
To keep boundaries and insurance guidance clear, the Advisory Consultation does not include:
- Clinical behavioural analysis
- Video analysis
- Multi-disciplinary case review
- In-depth investigation of behaviours
- Liaison with veterinarians or other professionals
- Behaviour modification plans
- Full reporting for vets / courts / trainers
- Case management, oversight or long-term support
- Triage-level clinical documentation
- Insurance-claim eligibility (this service cannot be claimed on insurance)

Upgrade to The Behaviour Triage Clinic
Add-On Price: €230
If the Advisory Consultation highlights deeper behavioural or clinical complexity,
you can upgrade to the full Behaviour Triage Clinic for €230.
When you upgrade, the Triage Clinic includes:
- Full behavioural investigation
- Structured video review
- Clinical analysis of emotional & behavioural drivers
- Expert panel support where required
- Full Behaviour Report & Pathways Programme
- Clinical signposting
- Vet & professional liaison
- Case coordination and oversight
- Client community access
This service is eligible for insurance claims
(subject to your insurer’s criteria).
>1hr Advisory Follow-Up Session (€75)
A short follow-up for:
- progress check
- adjusting the plan
- ongoing reassurance
- deciding whether triage or training is now needed
- additional questions
Includes an optional 1-page bullet-point update.
Training Referral (No Fee)
If your dog’s needs are training-appropriate, Catherine will:
- assess whether 1–2–1 training is suitable
- refer you to a certified & accredited trainer
- prepare a trainer-ready case summary
- request the trainer contacts you directly to arrange your session
Training sessions are billed directly by the trainer.
Check with individual trainers regarding insurance claim eligibility.
No charge is applied for making the referral.
