Important practical details
Terms, deposit & external costs Read
- 50% deposit required to begin work. Remaining 50% due on completion.
- All work is bespoke and non-refundable once started.
- Some items must be purchased/owned by the client (e.g. domain/hosting). These are paid directly by you and are usually minimal (often under €8–€10).
- Communication is via email and scheduled meetings.
- Support beyond the handover session isn’t included unless agreed separately.
